I am Neidy Lozada
I bring over 20 years of experience in psychology, coaching, and leadership—and I have rebuilt my life more than once with clarity, courage, and intention.

I hold a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, have a background in behavioral health, and draw on ancestral wisdom. I am the creator of the SOJOURN™ Coaching Model and the S.I.M. Method™—two frameworks that help women move from dissonance to direction.

I work with women at the verge of transition to bring their dreams into tangible results, their vision into a clear strategy, and their outcomes into measurable impact.

These days, I focus exclusively on high-impact coaching for women who are ready to lead their next chapter with self-authorship, spiritual clarity, and grounded strategy.

How It Started | How It Is Going
Long before personal development became a buzzword, I was sitting at my paternal grandmother’s kitchen table, listening to stories of intuition, survival, and quiet power passed down through generations.​​
​​While other kids were flipping through cartoons, I was drawn to human behavior, to why people suffer, how they change, and what it takes to live with integrity and depth. I did not yet have the language for it, but I was already listening for the truth.
That curiosity never left me. It led me into psychology, leadership, spiritual study, and eventually into the deep work of coaching, not as a career move, but as a calling to help others navigate reinvention without losing themselves in the process.
I was a woman carrying many titles: leader, mother, professional, fixer, but I was quietly unraveling under the weight of roles that no longer fit.

My background in behavioral health provided me with valuable tools. My spiritual path gave me grounding. But it was lived experience—depression, burnout, and deep reinvention—that forced me to ask different questions.
Not “What should I do?”
But “Who am I becoming?”
That question changed everything.

​In May of 2000, a trip to Machu Picchu became the turning point. Surrounded by ancient stone and silence, something within me broke open. It was the first time I heard my soul speak clearly—and I could no longer ignore its pull.

I returned to school for a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology. I trained, studied, and unlearned. I walked through ancestral healing. And I rebuilt—not just my career, but my sense of self.

Today, I balance my chosen life with my work to support women at the edge of reinvention, women who are no longer willing to live misaligned.

I work with visionaries, professionals, and creative leaders to turn soul-longings into strategy and change into momentum. I offer private coaching, immersive programs, and tools grounded in two proprietary frameworks: the SOJOURN™ Coaching Model and the S.I.M. Method™.

My work is not about surface-level transformation. It is about personal authorship, spiritual integration, and aligned results—without performance, pressure, or perfectionism.​
